Michael brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, platform engineering, and cybersecurity strategy. He has designed secure, scalable technology environments for organizations ranging from boutique law firms to multinational enterprises, helping them modernize infrastructure, improve resilience, and reduce risk.
His expertise spans enterprise architecture, Azure, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), cloud transformation, compliance, and cybersecurity. At Bonelli Systems, Michael leads the design of secure, future-ready solutions aligned with frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, enabling clients to operate with greater confidence and efficiency.
Known for his strategic mindset and deep technical expertise, Michael helps organizations solve complex technology challenges with practical, business-focused solutions.
Robert Lewis
Robert leads Bonelli Systems’ Legal Engineering practice and is the creator of the company’s Familytics platform. He helps law firms modernize operations through secure infrastructure, intelligent automation, and technology solutions that improve efficiency and support long-term growth.
His career has included technology leadership across legal, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, government, and STEM organizations. He also served as a Communications and Information Technology Officer aboard a major cruise ship before joining Microsoft, where he worked alongside Bonelli Systems founder Michael de Blok on the engineering and support of Microsoft Office 365.
Today, Robert combines enterprise engineering expertise with deep knowledge of legal technology to help firms strengthen security, streamline operations, and embrace innovation with confidence.
Dominique de Blok
As Office Manager, Dominique oversees the day-to-day operations that keep Bonelli Systems running efficiently while ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and employees.
After joining the company as a Customer Service Representative, she quickly earned recognition for her organization, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to operational excellence. Today, she manages office administration, coordinates internal workflows, supports HR functions, and helps optimize the systems that keep the organization operating smoothly.
